Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Manager to lead end-to-end SAP IS-U customer service solutions for utilities clients in the United States. You will own the CS workstream, define target service models, and translate complex requirements into scalable SAP IS-U designs while collaborating with business, technical, and vendor teams.

You will drive solution quality, testing, deployment, and operational readiness across channels, including CRM and customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and SAP IS-U knowledge preferred.
• Experience owning SAP IS-U Customer Service solution design and delivery.
• Experience leading functional workstreams in large transformations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP IS-U designs.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U Customer Service workstream from design through deployment.
• Define target service models and ensure cross-channel consistency.
• Lead requirements gathering, workshops, and design governance.
• Coordinate with Billing, FI-CA, Device Management and other capabilities.
• Plan and execute testing, cutover, and operational readiness.
