Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of customer service solutions for utility clients. You will own the Customer Service workstream, translate complex requirements into scalable SAP IS-U designs, and align with billing, devices, and contact-center platforms across journeys and channels.

You will guide delivery teams and ensure operational readiness for a smooth go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years SAP IS-U or utilities experience, including leadership of a functional workstream.
• Experience owning SAP IS-U Customer Service solution design and delivery.
• Experience integrating SAP IS-U with Billing, CRM, and external platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own SAP IS-U Customer Service workstream from design through deployment and stabilization.
• Define target service design across maintenance, service requests, moves, and communications.
• Lead requirements, fit-gap assessments, and design governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional design with Billing, CRM, and digital platforms.
• Plan cutover, training, and post-go-live support to ensure stability.
