Job summary

EY seeks an SAP IS-U Customer Service Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U customer service and operations solutions for U.S. utilities.

You will own the Customer Service workstream, define target service models, translate complex requirements, and ensure alignment across journeys, channels, and utility processes. Strong leadership of functional consultants and vendor teams is required.

Qualifications

• Deep functional knowledge of SAP IS-U Customer Service and utility operations.
• Experience leading SAP IS-U Customer Service design, delivery, testing and deployment.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across business and technical domains.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U Customer Service workstream from design to stabilization.
• Define target service design across customer maintenance, service requests and move events.
• Lead workshops, govern design, and translate requirements into scalable SAP IS-U solutions.
• Drive end-to-end testing, data conversion, cutover planning, and operational readiness.
