You will own the Customer Service workstream and align with business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure high-quality delivery across journeys, channels, and operational readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4–6 years in SAP IS-U or utilities, with leadership experience.
• Experience owning SAP IS-U Customer Service design and delivery.
