Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP Professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) within Core Supply Chain. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver architecture solutions.

You will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate models, processes, and operations, ensuring solutions meet business needs and align with EY’s SAP capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant SAP manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years with SAP ERP/SAP S/4 HANA in Production Planning (PP) and DMC.
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver projects on time.
• Experience managing SAP projects or workstreams in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions within the DMC framework.
• Track deliverable completion and project status aligned with performance objectives.
• Lead client sessions, guiding workstreams from planning through closure.
• Design workshops in manufacturing, gather requirements, propose S/4 HANA best practices.
• Manage a hybrid onshore/offshore team to ensure timely delivery and adherence to schedules.
• Demonstrate strong SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud expertise with solid business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Provide exceptional client service by tracking milestones, managing risks, and communicating progress.
• Build and maintain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
