Chesapeake Utilities Corporation is seeking a SAP Platforms Basis & Security Lead to act as the technical authority for SAP Basis, Security, and governance across the enterprise SAP landscape. The role requires hands-on leadership in S/4HANA, BTP, Security, and Cloud ALM, ensuring secure, scalable operations.

You will partner with AMS providers, audit teams, and stakeholders to maintain a compliant, reliable SAP environment while guiding change control, release management, and platform

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years SAP technical experience with 10+ years in platform operations and governance.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, BTP, Basis Administration, Security, and Integration technologies.
• Experience with SAP IAG, IAS, IPS and identity governance and access controls.
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM, transport management, and change control processes.
• Experience with SOX, ITGC, internal and external audits and compliance.
• Experience with AMS providers, managed services partners, and system integrators.

Aufgaben

• Own governance and roadmap for the enterprise SAP platform.
• Provide hands-on leadership across SAP S/4HANA, BTP, Basis, Security, and related Cloud technologies.
• Governs SAP security, role design, access management, SoD, and identity services.
• Support audits and ITGC/compliance requirements.
• Own CALM, ChaRM, release management, and deployment governance.
• Oversee analytics and data platforms like SAC and Datasphere.
• Coordinate AMS vendors to resolve incidents and implement enhancements.
• Review designs, security controls, and platform changes.
• Support production issue resolution and continuous improvement.
