Job summary

Expert Technology Services is seeking a senior SAP Architect/Developer to lead end-to-end SAP architecture and solution design, with a focus on SAP ECC Finance and SAP S/4HANA. You will direct at least two full lifecycle SAP Finance implementations, architect ABAP solutions on HANA, and drive cross-module integrations across FM, GM, FI/CO, MM, O2C, PS, HR and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 6+ years' experience as SAP Developer/Architect.
• Expertise in SAP ECC Finance and SAP S/4HANA.
• Advanced ABAP development including ABAP on HANA, OO-ABAP, RAP, CDS Views, AMDP, Open SQL, and RICEFW.
• Experience integrating SAP modules FM, GM, FI/CO, MM, O2C, PS, HR, Payroll, REFX.
• 5+ years' experience with SAP HANA and SAP integration architecture (BTP, PI/PO, Web Services, Web Dynpro, SAP Workflow, Web UI).
• Experience delivering full SDLC projects using Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
• SAP certifications listed as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP enterprise architecture and solution design focusing on SAP ECC Finance and S/4HANA.
• Direct at least two full lifecycle SAP Finance implementations including requirements, development, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Architect and develop advanced SAP ABAP solutions on HANA using OO-ABAP, RAP, CDS Views, AMDP/Open SQL, and RICEFW.
• Drive cross-module and systems integration across FM, GM, FI/CO, MM, O2C, PS, HR, Payroll, and REFX with SAP BTP, PI/PO, Web Services, Web Dynpro, SAP Workflow, Web UI.
• Serve as technical lead in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe environments with accurate effort estimation and release management.
• Oversee production support, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and critical issue resolution for SAP landscapes.
• Ensure internal controls, data lineage, and best practices for SAP landscape management.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and integration with business processes.
• Maintain strong communication skills supporting workload estimation and change management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years' experience as an SAP Developer or Architect, with expertise in SAP ECC Finance and SAP S/4HANA.
• Advanced ABAP development experience, including ABAP on HANA, OO-ABAP, RAP, CDS Views, AMDP, Open SQL, and RICEFW.
• Experience integrating SAP modules including FM, GM, FI/CO, MM, O2C, PS, HR, Payroll, and REFX.
• At least 5 years' experience with SAP HANA and SAP integration architecture (SAP BTP, PI/PO, Web Services, Web Dynpro, SAP Workflow, Web UI).
• Experience delivering full SDLC projects using Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
• Required certifications:
• SAP Certified Development Specialist ABAP
