The ideal candidate brings 10–15+ years of SAP experience, hands-on S/4HANA or ECC expertise, and a track record delivering end-to-end architectures for large enterprises, with strong Finance knowledge. Retail experience is preferred, and Massachusetts-based on-site work is supported.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solutions Architect to design the overall enterprise system blueprint, ensuring SAP modules and cloud technologies integrate securely and effectively. The ideal candidate will have multiple SAP implementation experiences, strong SAP Finance expertise, and the ability to evaluate business requirements from an end-to-end enterprise perspective rather than focusing on individual modules. Retail industry experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design the overall enterprise SAP system blueprint and ensure secure integration between SAP modules and cloud technologies.
• Lead and contribute to multiple SAP implementation initiatives, providing end-to-end architectural guidance.
• Evaluate current business processes, requirements, and technology solutions to recommend appropriate SAP solutions.
• Develop an end-to-end view of enterprise architecture and ensure solutions are aligned across business and technology functions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development and implementation teams.
• Conduct research and development activities as needed to evaluate solutions and complete technical specifications.
• Guide teams through solution design, implementation, and integration activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of SAP experience.
• Experience with multiple SAP implementations.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA or considerable SAP ECC experience.
• Experience working with large enterprise SAP environments preferred.
• Strong SAP Finance experience, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Fixed Assets (FA).
• Experience with Project Systems (PS) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end enterprise processes and SAP solution architecture.
• Ability to evaluate business requirements and existing solutions and recommend appropriate architectural approaches.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
