Job summary

Pete & Gerry's Organics, LLC is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to lead a 10–15 person team and drive top-tier sanitation practices across the facility. You will implement GMP, HACCP, and safety standards while maintaining product quality and safety.

You will supervise hands-on cleaning, train staff, and ensure daily sanitation logs are accurately completed. This role emphasizes food safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• 3+ experience in a processing environment preferred.
• Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• The Sanitation Supervisor oversees hands-on sanitation for the facility and leads a small team of 10–15.
• Develops and implements sanitation programs following GMPs, safety standards, and HACCP requirements.
• Ensure compliance with food safety procedures and complete daily sanitation logs.
• Report any food safety issues to Plant Manager and QA.
