Responsibilities

• Lead daily sanitation across production areas and equipment.
• Interview, onboard, schedule, coach and evaluate sanitation staff.
• Ensure cleaning, sanitizing, and equipment disassembly procedures.
• Monitor sanitation conditions and respond to contamination events.
• Complete daily reports and required documentation using a computer.
