Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking a hands-on Sanitation Supervisor in Boston, MA, covering the 2nd shift to lead sanitation activities across the production facility. The role requires strong food manufacturing sanitation experience, team leadership, and on-floor coaching to maintain cleanliness and compliance.

You will document daily work, reports, and sanitation records, while supporting food safety and quality programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing sanitation.
• Experience leading, training or supervising a sanitation team.
• Comfortable working primarily on 2nd shift, with flexibility for other shifts.
• Ability to use a computer for reports, recaps, schedules, and documentation.
• Must be able to understand and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sanitation activities across the production facility.
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas, equipment, tools, and workspaces.
• Oversee equipment cleaning, sanitizing, disassembly, and reassembly.
• Respond quickly to sanitation calls, contamination issues, and downtime concerns.
• Monitor sanitation standards and ensure procedures are followed.
• Interview, onboard, coach, schedule, and support sanitation team members.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback.
• Complete daily reports, recaps, and sanitation records.
• Support safety, housekeeping, food safety, and quality programs.
• Identify sanitation issues and help correct them.
• Collaborate with production to keep operations safe and efficient.
