You will oversee operations, staffing, and training, while promoting Madison Reed products and values. A licensed cosmetologist with shop management experience is ideal for delivering excellence at peak times and on weekends.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state where applying.
• 2+ years salon and retail experience.
• 2+ years of operational management experience.
• 2+ years supervising team members and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver top-tier guest experience.
• Meet monthly sales goals across retail, services, and memberships.
• Ensure staffing, operations, and adherence to SOPs for the Hair Color Bar.
• Master all Madison Reed services and support staff as needed.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop team members; manage schedules.
