Responsibilities
- Build architecture and automation on the Salesforce platform.
- Create declarative components in Salesforce Lightning.
- Create on-record analytics and reports in Salesforce.
- Configure Salesforce objects and account models.
- Install and configure AppExchange apps and proprietary tools.
- Lead business process workshops with stakeholders.
- Define data models and system architecture from workshops.
- Create technical documentation mapping data flows.
- Provide solution designs and discuss data model considerations with clients.
- Design mockups of custom pages and prototype solutions.
- Support iterative development cycles with rapid feedback.
