You will own lead-to-cash and service-to-retention workflows, ensuring a scalable, well-integrated platform aligned with business goals. Requirements include 10+ years in Salesforce, multiple CPQ implementations, proficiency in Flow, Apex, and LWC, and strong cross‑functional leadership to translate business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem, 4+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect.
• Hands-on with CPQ implementations and multi-cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Transform business requirements into end-to-end Salesforce architectures.
• Present architectural options with pros/cons to stakeholders.
• Champion a configuration-first approach to minimize custom code.
• Customize and configure Salesforce apps and integrations as needed.
• Establish governance, data security and DevOps standards.
• Design and implement Agentforce and Einstein solutions.
• Ensure data readiness for AI with clean data practices.
• Bridge business units and technical teams to deliver outcomes.
• Monitor, optimize and document Salesforce solutions.
