Job summary

HD Supply designs, develops, and troubleshoots moderately complex software applications across Salesforce ecosystems. The role emphasizes balancing native configuration (Flows) with custom Apex/LWC development to maximize maintainability and minimize technical debt.

You will partner with Customer Care, Sales, and IT to translate business problems into technical roadmaps, lead discovery sessions, and drive scalable solutions using omni-channel service features, CTI, and robust API integrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of platform-first architecture experience.
• Ability to balance native Salesforce configuration with custom development.
• Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and CTI.
• Strong backend skills with Apex and asynchronous processing.

Responsibilities

• Designs technical roadmaps aligning with stakeholder needs.
• Develops scalable solutions using Apex/LWC and SLDS.
• Leads discovery sessions and reviews to ensure ROI.
• Mentors junior engineers and maintains coding standards.
• Ensures secure, bulkified integrations with REST/SOAP.
