Job summary

Capgemini Burlington, MA seeks a Salesforce COE Leader for Life Sciences to drive architecture, delivery oversight, and pre-sales pursuits across pharma, biotech, and medical device engagements. You own the solution narrative and ensure technical integrity of what is sold.

You will mentor delivery architects, lead workshops, partner with sales, and shape repeatable assets and methodologies. Requires 10+ years in Salesforce, regulated environments, and executive communication.

Qualifications

Over 10 years in Salesforce with consulting or delivery experience.
Deep Life Sciences industry experience (pharma/biotech/devices).
Proven architecture across Health/Life Sciences, Sales, Service, and Data Clouds.
Strong pre-sales leadership and client-facing solutioning.

Responsibilities

Lead solutioning, architecture, and estimation for Life Sciences pursuits.
Own the technical and solution narrative across RFPs, proposals, and oral briefs.
Partner with sales on pipeline development and deal shaping.
Build SOWs, delivery approaches, and staffing models that are feasible.
Run client discovery workshops and advisory sessions; translate needs to Salesforce solutions.
Provide architectural governance and quality assurance across engagements.
Mentor delivery architects and leads; resolve cross-engagement issues.
