Job summary

macrobond is seeking a Lead Salesforce Engineer in New York to serve as the sole technical owner of our Salesforce platform. You will manage the build, maintenance, and administration across Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Service Cloud. This high-autonomy role requires a well-rounded Salesforce professional to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of Salesforce experience, focusing on both development and administration, alongside strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience spanning both development and administration.
• Strong Apex and SOQL development experience, and proficiency with Lightning Web Components.
• Proven Salesforce administration experience, including user management and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience designing and building integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical health and architecture of the Salesforce environment.
• Partner with the Head of Commercial Ops to translate business priorities into a sequenced backlog.
• Serve as a senior Salesforce administrator, managing users and security configuration.
• Design and build integrations between Salesforce and adjacent systems.
