IntelliBee is seeking a Salesforce Developer with MuleSoft Release Management for a remote role based in the United States. You will plan, coordinate and deploy Salesforce and MuleSoft releases across Dev, QA, UAT and Production, owning runbooks, rollback plans and release notes.

You will design GitHub Actions workflows, enforce branching strategies and automate deployments using sf/sfdx and Anypoint CLI. The role requires 5+ years in release management or DevOps, strong Git/GitHub expertise,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Salesforce release management or related DevOps roles.
• Hands-on experience deploying Salesforce orgs and MuleSoft apps across environments.
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud portals.
• Strong Git/GitHub skills including PRs, branching and repo administration.
• Proven CI/CD pipelines experience with GitHub Actions (YAML, reusable workflows).
• Knowledge of Salesforce CLI, Metadata API, and packaging (2GP/Unlocked).
• Familiarity with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Maven and Anypoint CLI.
• Scripting skills in Bash/PowerShell/Python/Node.js for automation.
• Experience with Jira/Azure Boards in Agile teams.
• Certifications in Salesforce/MuleSoft or DevOps tooling are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Plan, schedule and coordinate Salesforce and MuleSoft releases across environments.
• Run release calendar, readiness reviews, go/no-go meetings and validation.
• Own deployment runbooks, rollback plans and release notes for every release.
• Track and resolve deployment conflicts across multiple scrum teams; CI/CD with GitHub.
• Design and maintain GitHub Actions workflows to deploy Salesforce metadata and MuleSoft apps.
• Define branching strategy and enforce PR reviews and merge policies.
• Automate Salesforce deployments using sf/sfdx, Metadata API and delta deployments.
• Automate MuleSoft builds/deployments using Maven, Mule Maven Plugin, Anypoint CLI.
• Manage secrets and environment properties in GitHub Environments; ensure auditability.
• Mentor developers on Git, source-driven development and deployment best practices.
