Job Title: Lead Salesforce Developer

mroads is seeking a skilled Lead Salesforce Developer for a remote opportunity with one of their direct clients.

Required Experience / Certifications:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• 6-8 years of experience in Salesforce Development
• 1-3 years of management or leading technical Salesforce teams
• Salesforce Platform Developer 2
• Salesforce Platform App Builder
• Experience building custom solutions utilizing Apex, LWC, and SOQL
• Deep experience working with complex data structures, asynchronous Apex, HTTP Callouts, etc.
• Experience working with complex flows
• Experience implementing and customizing Managed Package solutions
• Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation

Preferred Experience / Certifications:

• Leadership/Management Certifications or Professional Training
• Salesforce Business Analyst
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator
• Experience working with the Inspire Planner, Taskray, or other similar project management apps
• 1-3 years of experience in project management
