Senior Salesforce Lead

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead to oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Salesforce, strong leadership qualities, and a proven track record in managing Salesforce development teams and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions using best practices.
• Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews and best practice implementation.
• Drive DevOps and CI/CD strategies within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data integrity standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Proven experience leading Salesforce projects and teams.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or custom APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps practices and tools like Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, or Flosum.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, and Application/System Architect certifications are a plus.
