Qualifications

• 4-6 years of Salesforce/enterprise systems experience.
• Salesforce Administrator certification and relevant additional certifications.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide team leadership and mentorship to Salesforce Administrators.
• Lead development and optimization of Salesforce customizations (objects, flows, integrations).
• Handle day-to-day user requests, troubleshooting, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce; manage vendor relationships.
