AT&T in Plano, TX is seeking a Lead Applications Development to design and build custom Salesforce applications across sales, service, and marketing clouds, leading one or more SCRUM teams in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

Responsibilities include coding, unit testing, debugging, implementing on Lightning Web Components, integrating with Mulesoft, and optimizing performance using APEX, SOQL, SOSL with VS Code and Copado; Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5 years of progressive Salesforce experience.
• Experience in SCRUM/Agile environments and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce security model.
• Proficient with development tooling and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

Responsibilities

• Develop custom Salesforce applications across sales, service, and marketing clouds.
• Design, code, unit test, debug, implement, and support Salesforce apps.
• Lead one or more SCRUM teams and manage competing priorities.
• Optimize code for performance and integrate with middleware like Mulesoft.
• Apply enterprise design patterns and use modern tooling (VS Code, Copado).
