• Quickly contact new leads during core lead hours and address overnight leads first thing the next morning.
• Engage in discovery-led phone conversations, emphasizing active listening over pitching.
• Execute a disciplined follow-up cadence using phone, SMS, and email.
• Present approved financing options and recommend top-tier configurations when appropriate.
• Ensure same-day logging of CRM activity and adhere to approved claims guidelines.
• Conduct short daily huddles before calling blocks and provide weekly coaching and call reviews.
• Enforce CRM hygiene, follow-up standards, and claims compliance.
• Manage pipeline visibility and scorecard rhythm for the desk.
• Assist leadership in assessing candidates during recruiting and elevate policy or compliance issues as needed.
