Dollar General in Morris, OK is seeking a reliable Cashier/Stocker who can take a lead role in the store in the absence of management. You will assist with plan-o-grams, merchandise placement, and customer service to maximize profitability, customer satisfaction, and teamwork while protecting company assets.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, operating the cash register, handling payments, and maintaining a clean, safe store.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit control.
• Ability to perform IBM cash register functions.
• Knowledge of cash, facility and safety control policies and practices.
• Effective interpersonal and oral & written communication skills.
• Understanding of safety policies and practices.
• Ability to read and follow plan-o-gram and merchandise presentation guidance.

Responsabilités

• Unload trucks and stock according to store procedures.
• Stock and rotate merchandise; build displays and rotate stock.
• Assist customers by locating merchandise and maintain store cleanliness.
• Operate cash register; process payments and bag purchases.
