Base pay range

$95,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

We are currently seeking a seasoned and assertive sales professional with leadership aspirations. The role involves selling and cultivating a strong clientele base, emphasizing relationship-building, cold calling, and client engagement, specifically for premium supplemental insurance products. As you master our B2B sales process, opportunities to train and mentor new team members will be available.

  • Resolute, self-assured, and proactive
  • Discipline and determination; independent work ethic
  • Skilled in handling objections and closing sales; resilient to setbacks
  • Willing to dedicate 40-45 hours weekly
  • Proven track record of performance
  • Enthusiastic about mentoring and motivating peers
  • Passionate about sales challenges and fully engaged in the field

Additional Qualifications

  • Pass a high-level background check
