Job summary

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, enforcing planograms, and performing tasks in the absence of the Store Manager. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and excellent service at the checkout and on the floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with six months of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register, process payments, and assist customers.
• Understanding of planograms and merchandise presentation guides.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize totals and accept payments.
• Stock and rotate merchandise; build displays per planograms.
• Keep store clean and organized; manage trash and cleaning tasks.
• Assist in planogram implementation and maintenance.
• Open and close the store as directed by the Store Manager.
• Perform duties in the Store Manager/Assistant Manager's absence.
