Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandise presentation guides.
• Basic math and cash handling competencies.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and deposit procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases, collect payment, and bag merchandise.
• Stock merchandise, restock and rotate on shelves, and build displays according to planograms.
• Clean the store, take out trash, dust and mop floors, and keep restroom and stockroom orderly.
• Open and close the store under Store Manager direction; support in absence of Store Manager.
