Elite Wireless Corporation in Palatka, FL is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding customer experience, promote wireless solutions, and drive store performance.

You’ll train with the team, learn promotions, and help customers set up devices while building lasting relationships; flexible hours and a fun, team-driven environment offered.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to learn products and promotions quickly.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer and create an outstanding shopping experience.
• Learn about customers’ needs and recommend the best phones, accessories, and service plans.
• Build lasting relationships that encourage customers to return.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to store success.

• Stay knowledgeable about promotions and new products.
• Follow company policies and cash handling procedures.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy and store security.
• Support store operations to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Open and close the store.
• Lead by example and support teammates.
• Assist with daily operations and merchandising.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure the store looks clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Support management with operational tasks and special projects.
