Job Summary:

As the Lead Sales Associate, you are the face of Stretch Zone and the leader within your studio! This role requires you to assist all members and guests as needed and establish a relationship to support member growth and retention while also managing a successful studio. The LSA is responsible for the successful operations and financial accountability of all areas of the studio. First and foremost, the LSA’s primary responsibility is to drive membership sales within the studio while ensuring the Sales Associate does the same.

Creating a Strong Sales Culture:

Duties required of a Lead Sales Associate include maintaining and reinforcing the positive sales culture of Stretch Zone. Everyone is expected to contribute to setting the culture, which is vital to the overall success of each location.

How you will accomplish this:
  • Drive membership sales to each guest who comes into Stretch Zone.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting everyone who comes through the door with a smile, scheduling all appointments, answering the phone, and addressing any member concerns.
  • Lead and coach your Sales Associates and hold them accountable for all daily operations and monthly goals.
  • Drive member retention through great customer service and consistent follow-ups.
  • Lead by example by going above and beyond what is asked of you and supporting your team daily.
  • Track KPIs to understand your studio’s performance and assist the General Manager in tracking all key sales metrics.
  • Promote the value of practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting all sales goals and improving sales skills.
  • Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by supporting team goals and building positive relationships with all members and team members.
  • Ensure operational excellence!

  • Sales leaders who can confidently connect with all guests and convert them to members after their first session.
  • Being driven and competitive by holding your staff accountable to exceeding all sales goals.
  • Well organized with exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
  • Goal setter responsible for assisting the General Manager in setting and attaining all goals.
  • Smart and savvy with tracking studio performance and understanding the factors that affect your studio.
  • Customer service master who can connect with everyone and make them feel valued.
  • Great team player who can support the needs of your staff while communicating daily with the General Manager and Franchisee.
