At our Swedish Hill South First showroom,Retail Associates play a key role in delivering a warm, informative, and inspiring customer experience while supporting daily store operations.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Greet and assist customers, offering product knowledge and a welcoming experience
• Support the team with merchandising, restocking, and maintaining store cleanliness
• Assist with POS transactions, gift wrap, and online order fulfillment
• Help ensure products are displayed properly and store visuals meet Heath’s standards
• Participate in team meetings and training to stay informed and engaged
• Support the team with basic inventory tasks like unpacking shipments and stocking shelves

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience
• Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiasm for design and interest in learning about Heath’s products and values
