Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a Lead Sales Associate in North Myrtle Beach to lead the studio, drive membership sales, and manage operations. You will be the face of the studio, ensuring excellent service and financial accountability while guiding a team toward growth and retention goals.

You will coach Sales Associates, monitor key metrics, and help sustain Stretch Zone’s unique membership model. The role emphasizes leadership, customer care, and daily studio excellence.

Qualifications

• Ability to track KPIs and generate performance reports.

• Lead and coach Sales Associates, holding them accountable for daily operations and monthly goals.
• Promote member retention through daily operation guides, superior service, and consistent follow‑ups.
• Track KPIs and assist the General Manager in monitoring all key sales metrics.
• Encourage add‑on sessions and continually improve sales skills for the team.
• Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by building positive relationships with members and teammates.
• Lead by example, going above and beyond what is asked to support the team daily.
• Ensure operational excellence across all studio functions.

• Deliver outstanding customer service, connecting with everyone and making them feel valued.
• Act as a team player, communicating daily with the General Manager and Franchisee.
