Job summary

Stretch Zone in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to drive membership sales and lead a growing sales team within our studio network. You will greet guests, schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and coach staff to exceed daily and monthly targets.

You will manage performance, track KPIs, and promote our practitioner-assisted stretch services. This role offers comprehensive training, uncapped commissions, and clear promotion paths within the company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in fitness or retail sales.
• Experience in price negotiations.
• Driven and competitive; hold staff accountable to exceeding goals.
• Well organized with strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Goal setter; assist GM in setting and attaining goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales to Stretch Zone customers.
• Lead and coach the Sales team; ensure daily operations meet goals.
• Provide excellent customer service: greet members, schedule appointments, answer calls.
• Track KPIs and report sales metrics to GM.
• Promote practitioner-assisted stretching and add-ons to boost revenue.
• Maintain high standards of customer experience and follow-up with members.
• Support training and development to maximize commissions.

We are a 4 location group that generated 1.4 million in sales last year. we are looking for a sales leader to build, manage and lead a sales team.

Compensation Structure

• Base pay with increases depending on performance
• Uncapped commission on direct sales

Responsibilities

• As the Lead Sales Associate, your primary responsibility is to drive membership sales within the group and hold the Sales Associate to the same standard.
• Drive membership sales to each guest who comes into Stretch Zone.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting everyone who comes through the door with a smile, scheduling all appointments, answering the phone, and addressing any member concerns.
• Lead and coach your Sales team and hold them accountable for all daily operations and monthly goals.
• Driving member retention by following the daily operation guides, great customer service, and consistent follow-ups
• Lead by example by going above and beyond what is asked of you and supporting and guiding your team daily.
• Tracking KPIs so you understand how your studio is performing and assisting the General Manager in understanding and tracking all key sales metrics.
• Promoting the value behind practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting all sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and actively working to improve you and your Sales Associate's sales skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years+ of fitness sales experience or retail sales.
• Experience in price negotiations
• Being driven and competitive by holding your staff accountable to exceeding all sales goals
