Job summary

Pure Barre Mansfield is seeking a Lead Sales Assistant to drive studio sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. The role oversees all studio sales functionality, leads generation, and supervision of Sales Representatives to foster a vibrant member community.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of fitness sales experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage memberships and retail while delivering top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps
• Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
• Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
• A passion for fitness
• Ability to work morning shifts during the week (7 am - 12 pm) and occasional weekends
