Job summary

Tilly's, Inc. is seeking a Lead Sales Associate in Houston to deliver the Tillys Experience and support store management in training and coaching Sales Associates and handling daily operations.

You will lead by example, create an engaging Customer Experience in a fast-paced retail setting, and help drive sales while maintaining store standards and teamwork.

As a Lead Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering the Tillys Experience to our Customers and supporting Store Management in the training and coaching of Sales Associates and execution of operational tasks.
