Job summary

You will lead safety programs, coordinate regulatory training, and drive continuous improvement. A BS/BA in safety or a related field with at least five years of manufacturing HS experience is required; exceptional communication and collaboration are

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HS experience in manufacturing safety.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and DOT/Life Safety guidelines.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
• Proven record of problem-solving and program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of Health and Safety programs at the Louisville operation.
• Ensure 100% regulatory compliance and implement safety initiatives.
• Develop and maintain safety committees and relationships with agencies.
• Conduct incident investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor safety costs, budgets, and prepare cost-related reports.
