Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG), a Quanta Services company, is seeking a Lead Safety Administrator to support safety program needs, manage data, and coordinate across Quanta Operating Units and external clients.

You will develop and maintain safety standards, audit data in third-party systems, and translate it into metrics and KPIs for internal and external reporting, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years of Safety administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Support safety program implementation, data collection, and reporting.
• Develop and document Quanta safety standards, processes, and procedures.
• Audit safety data in third-party systems for accuracy and consistency.
• Review safety hours, incidents, and good catches to identify trends and gaps.
• Build and track safety metrics and KPIs; prepare dashboards for leadership.
• Coordinate safety-focused meetings with internal units and external clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned; adhere to internal standards and policies.
