Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with two years of housing rehabilitation experience.
• Must have EPA RRP or related lead-certifications or ability to obtain within 120 days.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lead-safe rehabilitation and contractor activities.
• Monitor compliance with HUD/EPA/state regulations.
• Support contractor workforce development and training.
• Maintain project documentation and reports.
• Coordinate communications among contractors, inspectors, and residents.
