Job summary

Revitalize CDC is seeking a Healthy Homes Coordinator-DPH Lead to manage the Massachusetts Lead Grant within the Neighborhood Sustainability program. You will coordinate inspections, remediation, and closeout, while communicating with homeowners, inspectors, contractors, and funding partners to move projects forward.

The role requires strong organization, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to travel across Western Massachusetts. Evening/ weekend events may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple properties and deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to explain technical or regulatory information clearly.
• Attention to detail and thorough documentation.
• Ability to travel throughout Western Massachusetts.
• Willingness to attend occasional evening or weekend events.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, databases, and electronic record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day implementation of the DPH Lead Grant.
• Serve as primary contact for homeowners, tenants, landlords.
• Explain program requirements and lead-hazard steps to applicants.
• Assist with applications, eligibility, and documentation collection.
• Maintain communication and provide project status updates.
• Identify barriers and develop solutions with the team.
• Provide respectful, trauma-informed, culturally responsive service.
