Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct lead risk assessments in residential units to identify potential lead hazards.
  • Perform clearance inspections following lead abatement activities to verify compliance.
  • Ensure inspections meet HUD and EPD requirements.
  • Collect environmental samples (dust, soil, paint) and coordinate lab analysis.
  • Prepare detailed reports documenting findings and corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records and submit inspection documentation timely.
  • Communicate findings to property owners, contractors, and program staff.
