Crawfordsville Family Vet is seeking an experienced RVT/LVT to join our fast‑paced clinic in Crawfordsville, IN. You will lead clinical teams, assist with surgeries, monitor anesthesia, and ensure exceptional patient care and client communication.

The role requires a strong anesthesia/surgery foundation, outstanding organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset to elevate our hospital’s operations and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RVT/LVT credential required or equivalent experience.
• Strong foundation in anesthesia and surgery.
• Experience in a fast-paced veterinary hospital (urgent care, ER, or high-volume practice preferred).
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask while remaining composed under pressure.
• Natural leader who is humble, collaborative, and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with surgery, urgent care, and general practice cases.
• Perform advanced technical skills with confidence and precision.
• Monitor anesthesia and provide exceptional perioperative patient care.

• Help manage daily hospital flow and operational efficiency.
• Provide real-time support and direction to the medical team.
