Qualifications

• Lead, coordinate, and prioritize the detail team's daily workflow.
• Detailing experience required — RV, automotive, marine, or similar.
• Buffing, waxing, and polishing experience highly preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and prioritize daily workflow to meet reconditioning goals and delivery deadlines.
• Train, mentor, and support detailers; onboard new team members.
• Perform quality control checks and coach for improvements.
• Clean RVs and large vehicles inside and out (washing, vacuuming, steaming, deodorizing).
• Apply waxes, polishes, and protective agents; operate buffers/polishers.
• Operate carpet shampooers, pressure washers, and related equipment.
• Communicate with Detail Manager on scheduling and unit status.
• Create and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Report damage to management; uphold dealership's standards.
