• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
• OSHA safety training certification or other relevant trade certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of specialty trade projects from mobilization to project completion.
• Manage and supervise on-site crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient and high-quality project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
• Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor project progress, including tracking milestones and addressing delays on-site.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and ensure safety practices are followed.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for project managers and clients.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures to maintain profitability.
