Responsibilities include reviewing plans, coordinating materials, and producing progress reports for clients and project managers. A strong leader with 7+ years in the specialty trade is required.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years in the specialty trade industry (Rubber Liner).
• Supervisory or superintendent experience in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of specialty trade projects from mobilization to completion.
• Supervise on-site crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to meet timelines and budgets.
• Review plans and blueprints for compliance with standards.
• Monitor progress and address delays or issues on-site.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and PPE usage.
