Piedmont Henry Hospital is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to supervise shift activities and provide expert clinical support. You will work to ensure staffing, patient care workload, and resource management meet high standards of safety and quality.
Ideal candidates have an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences, 2 years of clinical experience, and NBRC RRT certification with active Georgia licensure. ACLS/BCLS/PALS are required or substituted where appropriate.

Duties include daily support of staffing and assignments, providing resource support, supporting preceptor tasks, and fulfilling assigned patient care workload. Serves as a role model and advocates a highly efficient, accountable and collaborative team environment between staff and with physicians. Delivers the highest standards of patient safety and quality of care.
