Job summary
Indorama Ventures in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Maintenance professional focused on rotating equipment. You will work with the Mechanical and Reliability engineers to maintain and improve pumps, turbines, gearboxes, and compressors, ensuring reliable operation.
The role requires 5+ years of experience, HS diploma, and knowledge of vibration analysis, oil analysis, and predictive maintenance. On-site position with potential overtime and on-call responsibilities; health and safety compliance
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in rotating equipment operation and maintenance.
- Experience in a petrochemical or refining facility.
- Experience with predictive maintenance using vibration and oil analysis.
- Ability to read drawings and P&IDs.
Responsibilities
- Support rotating equipment maintenance, planning and execution.
- Analyze and report the health of rotating process equipment.
- Utilize predictive maintenance programs including vibration and oil analysis.
- Assist planning and execution of day-to-day maintenance and cost estimation.
- Contribute to reliability programs and root cause analysis.
- Work with Maintenance Mechanical Engineer and Reliability Engineer.
