Job summary

Midland-Health-2 is seeking a Lead Room Service Rep to deliver the highest quality patient meal service and to supervise room service staff ensuring meals are accurate and presentable.

The role directs expeditors, floor stockers, and dish room attendants, ensures timely tray line production, and supports training. Shift is full-time, 11:30am-8:00pm, with emphasis on leadership and quality control.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous supervisor experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Room Service Representatives, Expediters, Floor Stocker and Dish Room Attendants.
• Ensures quality patient meals and timely delivery; resolves issues with supervision.
• Maintains records for financial and quality control monitors.
• Holds pre-service meetings and trains staff on diets and procedures.
• Ensures tray tickets print on time and trays are accurate and presentable.
• Reports discrepancies to room service supervisor promptly.
