CentiMark Corporation is North America’s largest commercial roofing contractor with 100 offices and over 3,500 employees. Each office has dedicated crews for the installation and service of all major commercial roof systems, who are highly trained and experienced with a focus on safety.

The Roofing Service Foreman for our New Construction Division in the greater Fairfax area will diagnose leaks, lead in maintenance and repairs, and handle paperwork, blueprints, and timesheets while enforcing

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in Commercial Roofing.
• Ability to read blueprints & specs.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs.
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing); Have reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed.

Responsibilities

• Will diagnose commercial roof leaks, make appropriate repairs and lead in maintenance and small repair jobs.
• Responsible for paperwork, interpreting blueprints and specs, timesheets and ensuring safety policies are followed.
• Lead a roofing crew on new construction projects and coordinate with general contractors.
• Maintain quality and safety standards on site.
