You will diagnose roof leaks, supervise maintenance and small repairs, and manage paperwork and time sheets while enforcing CentiMark Safety Policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in commercial roofing.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders to 25 feet.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose commercial roof leaks and perform repairs.
• Lead roof maintenance and small repair jobs.
• Handle paperwork and time sheets; ensure safety policies are followed.
