Job summary

CentiMark Corporation is seeking an experienced Roofing Service Foreman for our New Construction Division in the greater Manassas area. You will diagnose roof leaks, lead maintenance and small repairs, and handle paperwork including blueprints, specs, and timesheets.

This role requires safety compliance and the ability to coordinate with general contractors. We offer year-round work, a strong growth trajectory, competitive wages ($28/hr-$35/hr) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in Commercial Roofing.
Ability to read blueprints & specs.
Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
Experience with: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs.
A valid state driver’s license (in good standing); Have reliable transportation
Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
Able to work weekends/holidays, travel out of town and overtime as needed

Responsibilities

Will diagnose commercial roof leaks, make repairs and lead in roof maintenance and small repair jobs.
Responsible for paperwork, interpreting blueprints and specs, timesheets and ensuring CentiMark Safety Policies are followed.
