Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial roofing project management experience.
• Commercial roofing estimating experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong commercial roofing knowledge.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Accurate measurement and takeoff skills.
• Job cost analysis and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Meet with commercial clients, property managers, and building owners.
• Conduct roof inspections and site evaluations.
• Take measurements and assess project requirements.
• Prepare detailed estimates, proposals, and bid submissions.
• Follow up on bids to help secure new business.
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Collaborate closely with superintendents and field teams.
• Monitor project budgets and profitability.
• Manage change orders and project costs.
• Ensure quality control and safety compliance.
• Keep customers informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve project issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
• Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction.
